TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- By placing an order with us, it is said that you have agreed to ALL our terms and conditions.
- No exchanging of items due to personal reason, unless defected take a photo and email to blackparaidsales@gmail.com
, we will be doing a 1-to-1 exchange provided that the defected item has been mailed back to us (at your own cost) within 3 days upon receiving the parcel. If the item is out of stock, you can exchange item(s) of same price or top up to a higher price product, however no refunds will be done.
- All prices stated are fixed and in SGD
- It works on a first pay first serve basis.
- If you've placed the wrong order, made payment and received the item, there will be STRICTLY no refund/exchange. Please check your order before confirming.
- All prices stated are exclusive of postage charges.
- Snapshot of ATM receipt will be needed as payment verification if your payment is made via ATM transfer.
- Measurements of apparel are just an estimation. Do give allowance of about 0.5"-1"
- Due to different monitor settings, colour of apparel may differ.
- We will not be liable for any losses due to exchange/postage services etc.
- We reserve the rights to alter the T&Cs at any point of time.
Payment:
- All transaction are done by ATM and i-banking only
- Atm transaction are required to email snapshot of the receipt
- Payment should be made within 24hrs from the time invoice is given.
Delivery:
- Normal postage is ($1.00) and ($0.50) for subsequent items
- Registered postage is ($3.50) tracking no. will be send via email
- We will not be liable for any lost normal postage hence Registered Postage is preferred
- Address provided should include postal code (in case of wrong address given and mail is lost we are not liable so do double confirm your address)
- Please allow a limit of about 3 working days
Meet Up:
- Mass meet up will only be conducted once a week (usually weekends)
- Individual meet up might be available depends on our convenient ($1.00) and ($0.50) for subsequent items
- Only 35 minutes waiting time will be given for each mass meet up, so be sure to be on time
- Meet up destinations are stated by us
